Thomas Pizzinga

Biography

Thomas Pizzinga is the founder and creative director at Elephant Studio, a young and passionate globally based team of professionals dedicated to creativity development in all of its forms: from video production, to sound design, photography, and visual art.

With an open thinking and a multicultural approach to every project, this creative team excels in the production of documentary films, fashion films, corporate videos, and music videos.

Thomas founded the Elephant Studio in 2012, when the studio made its debut approaching the virant electronic music world with dedicated films for international music festival all around the world, and eventually establishing long term collaborations with esteemed names such as Time Warp, Oasis Festival, Kappa Futur Festival, Sonus Festival, Love Family Park and many others across the globe.

Thomas has worked with world-class brands such as BMW, Polaroid, Peuterey, Autogrill, S.P.A., Huawei, Peroni, Hawkers, Clementoni, and many others.

For three years, Thomas managed the video production and content creation for Polimoda, one of the most important fashion schools worldwide, based in Florence.

In addition, Thomas works as a freelance director of photography and editor. He loves filming documentary projects with ethical and profound research on climate change and social issues. Thomas is music addicted, with a partner he founded an audio-visual project called ANGLE, an experimental techno live show where proper techno beats are visually combined with 3D visual mapping and LED self-programmed via midi.
